Happy Holiday ! This weekend i was occupied with a wedding order from a friend of mine. However i manage to squueze in few other orders. This carrot cake was an order from my regular customer (5th order). This time the daughter wanted to have a suprise birthday cake for her dad. Carrot cake (filled with carrot, pineapple, pecan nut and a touch of cinnamon; frosted with cream cheese and toast coconut). Another order came from first time cusomer for blueberry cheese tart for Makan-Makan occasion...hehhe...we Malaysian love to makan-makan all the time ....
