Masam Manis Sarawak Layer Cake
I arrived home from Penang at 9 p.m that night knowing that i have a Masam Manis Layer Cake request for hantaran which due for pick up at 830 next morning. Putting everything aside, i started to prepare the ingredients and proceed with baking task. And to add to my ever ready chaos, i have one choc moist cake and carrot cake (both need to be decorated) request at 230 p.m., on the same day. Luckily i manage to get this layer cake ready for Puan Adilla on time. Thank you Puan Adilla ...next time order lagi,...ehehhe
