Carrot Cake with Simple Decoration
Assalamualaikum....one of my old time favourite, carrot cake with cream cheese topping..Normally we are selling the plain carrot cake, but this time around i had a special request come from my niece, Tini for her mother for Mother's day celebration. It is quite tricky to have a smoth and flawless deco with cream cheese topping, after all what matter is the taste !!
