Cupcakes photo session
Assalamualaikum. This cupcake session was conducted on 26 July 2009. Su is someone i know from tagged.com and Hasira is my neighbour from Syeksen 8. The cupcake decoration class started at 9 a.m. The class began with choc moict cake preparation, followed by icing preparation. Then each of them was given 9 cupcakes for them to decorate. The decoration started with buttercream session and the basic techniques applied to cupcakes decoration. Each participant had the opportunity to practise on cake board until she is confident enough to apply the technique on her cupcake. The session ended with fondant decoration where they learnt how to use the tools to make flowers, leaves etc. Thanks Su and Hasira and hope to see both of you in the next cake decoration class...
