My recent cupcake class in Bintulu accidentally fall on the sarawak state election day....but that did not stop the enthusiast participants to learn how to bake and decorate cupcake...Thank you to all !!!

NEW product (cheese cake) from irabakery

We name it Ira Biz Cheesecake ...for few reasons...first because we use cheese biscuit as part of the ingredients...second because its one of our favourite and last but not least , we do need name for this cake ;) ...nevertheless, this is among the hot selling cheesecake ...layered of biscuits, cream cheese, cream and topped with crunchy almond and butterscotch chips ...yummmyy!!!!
