Assalamualaikum, first of all my apology for the delay of updating my blog. I think it was a norm during the fasting month, where the focus is not so much on surfing and blogging. These are a long overdue pictures of order from my neighbour, Kak Ngah for her friends who had recently graduated from MMU university. She ordered 40 of extra large cupcakes, fully fondant with graduation theme as a congratulation gift. She went to my house with her little brother, Amirul to place the order. To his excitement Amirul thought that her sister had ordered some cuppies for him as well. When he realised that her sister didn't spare any cuppies for him, thing went a little bit chaos at home. So, ended up Kak Ngah had to order another set especially for Amirul at the very last minute. So, moral of the story, never bring ur little sister/brother when u place ur cupcakes order unless u plan to spare some for them.... :)

Assalamualaikum, first and foremost Happy Ramadhan to all the Muslims. Hope all of us are in our best of health physically and mentally to get through this blessed month of Ramadhan. This entry is dedicated to Puan Maimunah from Perak and Puan Sabariah from Jalan Duta during their recent Kek Lapis Sarawak hands on class on 8th of August. The class started at 10 a.m. and finished at 5 p.m. Both were refused for their cake to be cut since they wanted to promote the cakes for the upcoming hari Raya order. Apart from get their hands on experience, both were manage to bring back their cakes for hari raya samples! :)

Happy Birthday To Arash from Bintulu

Salam to all viewers. This set of cupcake was a special order from tagged.com friend, Puan Nora for her dearest grandson in Bintulu. She took the opportunity to order this set and bring it back to Bintulu during her short trip to KL recently. This was her second order and i hope i can make to Bintulu very soon for cupcake and cake decoration class in Bintulu. Thanks Puan Nora, and to Arash have a lovely 6th birthday.

Kek Lapis Madu

Kek lapis madu is one of the evergreen "kek lapis sarawak". This is a steamed "kek lapis". The white layers consist of egg white, flour and sugar, meanwhile the brown layes consist of egg yolks. horlick, cocoa powder and of course honey. Available this raya for RM60 half size (approx 1kg) and RM110 full size (approx 2 kg).

Assalamualaikum, this set of cupcake was an order from Sarafina for her sister who is currently studying in Sekolah Seri Puteri, Cyberjaya. Ija (Sarafina's sister) was having her first SPM trial exam, and Sarafina wanted this set to wish her sister all the best in her exam. The theme was purple, white, black and brown. Assalamualaikum....Has and her friend had decided to join my class after few weeks of reshuffling their schedule. Yup, its hard to find time especially when you're working and looking able after ur family at the same time. But finally manage to get their hands on cupcake decoration and both were suprised to find their hidden talent in cupcake decoration. So, keep practising and till i see u again in my nx class... :)
