Our first "offline" sale turned out to be a very exciting event. The response we get from the crowds were encouraging. Among the hot selling items were our cupcakes, cheesecakes and red velvet cake.

From the basic of preparing the steam butteercream, roses buttercream piping as well as basic buttercream decoration technique were covered in this class.
