Pastries & Cookies Class in Bintulu ( 9 Oct 2010 - 2 to 6. pm)

Effa, Azreena, Khairul and Hanim participated in Cookies and Pastries class
Cookies decoration

The afternoon session of 9th October class involved cookies decoration and pastries (blueberry and fruit tartlet). Participants get to do hand on cookies decoration using royal icing and fondant, while at the same time learn how to bake blueberry cheese and fruit tartlet.

Cupcake decoration class was conducted in Bintulu on the 9th of October. Participants were introduced to different techniques in cupcake decoration includes the buttercream deco, stenciling technique, basic modeling with fondant and drawing using piping jelly. Participants get to bring home their own decorated cupcakes.
