We name it Ira Biz Cheesecake ...for few reasons...first because we use cheese biscuit as part of the ingredients...second because its one of our favourite and last but not least , we do need name for this cake ;) ...nevertheless, this is among the hot selling cheesecake ...layered of biscuits, cream cheese, cream and topped with crunchy almond and butterscotch chips ...yummmyy!!!!
